Customer Service Specialist (m/w/d)

Du bist organisiert, kommunikativ und hast Spaß am Umgang mit Menschen?

Dann starte bei uns im Customer Service und werde die wichtigste Schnittstelle zwischen unseren Kunden und internen Teams. Gemeinsam sorgen wir dafür, dass Aufträge reibungslos laufen.

Dabei arbeitest du mit Kolleginnen und Kollegen aus ganz Europa zusammen und erhältst spannende Einblicke in die Bereiche Vertrieb, Produktion, Logistik und Finance.

Was dich erwartet:

• Du betreust eigene Kunden und begleitest ihre Aufträge von der Bestellung bis zur Auslieferung.

• Du bist erste Ansprechperson für Fragen zu Lieferterminen, Verfügbarkeiten und Auftragsstatus.

• Du arbeitest eng mit internationalen Teams aus Vertrieb, Logistik, Produktion und Service zusammen.

• Du koordinierst Aufträge in modernen ERP-Systemen und sorgst dafür, dass alles reibungslos läuft.

• Du unterstützt bei Serviceanfragen sowie bei Reklamationen und Retouren.

• Du trägst aktiv dazu bei, unseren Kunden einen exzellenten Service zu bieten.

Das bringst du mit:

• Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Studium, gerne auch Berufseinsteiger:innen.

• Erste Erfahrungen im Kundenservice, Vertrieb, Order Management oder in einer ähnlichen Tätigkeit sind ein Plus.

• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.

• Spaß am Kontakt mit Menschen und an der Arbeit im Team.

• Eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise und den Wunsch, Verantwortung zu übernehmen.

• Interesse an internationalen Prozessen und digitalen Tools.

What you bring to the table:

• Completed commercial training or studies, also career starters.
  
• Initial experience in customer service, sales, order management or in a similar activity is a plus.
  
• Very good knowledge of German and English.
  
• Enjoy contact with people and working in a team.
  
• A structured way of working and the desire to take on responsibility.
  
• Interest in international processes and digital tools.
