About the Role

As an Outbound Customer Service Consultant, your main focus will sourcing and recruiting support workers to meet specific client needs. You'll reach out to potential candidates, generate interest in available opportunities and bring the right people onto the platform to get roles filled. You'll also support existing clients with platform questions and everyday needs. This is a fast paced, phone led role with a high daily call volume, and a strong focus on recruitment, relationship building and hitting fulfilment targets.

You're confident in a fast paced, phone based environment, enjoy connecting with people and know how to get things done. Background in call centres, telecommunications, recruitment or high volume customer service will set you up well.

What You'll Do:

• Actively source and recruit support workers based on specific client needs
• Make a high volume of outbound calls each day to engage prospective candidates and bring them onto the platform
• Use a range of sourcing channels to build a pipeline of suitable candidates
• Partner with the team to understand each role and identify the right people to fill it
• Follow up with candidates throughout recruitment and onboarding to keep things moving
• Support clients with platform navigation and everyday assistance across phone, email and chat
• Work alongside internal compliance and accounts functions to get new workers ready to deliver services
• Keep client, worker and job details accurate and current across internal systems
