About the Role

We have been busy and we are now entering our next phase of growth. As a 360 Recruitment Consultant you will own the full recruitment cycle, from winning new business through to placing and supporting candidates in perm and niche roles. This is our search arm of the business, and a true 360 role where your business development skills are just as important as your delivery skills.

Unlike other agencies, you won't be boxed into a single industry or role type. You will have real diversity across your desk and there is no cap on what you can achieve. You'll start with roles ready to fill, and bring your own expertise, ideas and network to map it out and grow it further.

You will build and grow your own client base, identify new opportunities and bring on new business, while also speaking with candidates, assessing suitability and guiding them into the right roles. You will manage the full process end to end, giving you real ownership over your desk and your results.

You will also support community engagement activities that help create a sense of belonging for our Weployees and assist them throughout their assignments.

Role Responsibilities

• Own the full 360 recruitment cycle across perm and niche roles, from business development through to placement
• Identify, pitch and win new business, building a strong and sustainable client base
• Manage client relationships, understanding their hiring needs and positioning Weploy as their trusted partner
• Speak with candidates and assess suitability for perm and niche opportunities
• Add successful candidates to the Weployee Community and ensure a positive onboarding experience
• Manage candidate pipelines and keep delivery moving at speed
• Prepare resumes, candidate summaries and shortlists
• Collaborate with internal teams to execute on talent strategies and initiatives
• Maintain high quality candidate and client communication and follow ups
• Stay across compliance, awards, contracts and worker entitlements
• Review and track data to identify gaps and opportunities

About You

You are human centred, commercially minded and love speaking with people. You care about creating great experiences and you are excited by growth. You are someone who rolls up their sleeves, thinks in outcomes and enjoys being part of a fast moving team.

• Recruitment experience is essential, ideally in a 360 or business development focused role, with a track record of winning and growing client relationships
• Experience in perm or niche recruitment is highly valued
• Bonus points if you have GTM experience or have run a sales or finance desk
• You are commercially savvy, comfortable picking up the phone and confident having conversations that lead to new business
• You have a hunger for growth and want to join an established start up who is still going through advanced phases of growth, and don't mind communicating through Emoji's from time to time
• You have a voice and don't mind using it when it comes to making things better. If you see something that can be improved and you take action, rather than letting it go
• You know how to use Slack, G Suite and ideally Greenhouse, although any previous ATS experience is great
