Indooroopilly Branch - Customer Banking Specialist Relief: 

• Part time role - 25 hours per week

• Monday - Friday

• 11.00pm - 4.00pm

• Relief role - in addition to supporting the Indooroopilly Branch, the successful applicant will also support the other branches in the surrounding Brisbane City & Inner North region.

As the Customer Banking Specialist Relief in our Indooroopilly Branch, you’ll be the face of Commbank & the first person customers speak with, you will:

• Greet each customer & clearly understand their enquiry, guiding the customer to the appropriate channel 

• Build personal connection with customers through meaningful conversations to enhance their experience   

• Provide options for the customer through education & demonstration of our in-branch technology and digital banking options  

• Be aware of movements within the branch, ensuring it’s running effectively & efficiently and that customers are satisfied with their experience  

We’re interested in people who have:  

• A proven track record of delivering exceptional Customer Service ideally in Financial Services, Retail or Hospitality   

• Excellent communication skills & display all the right behaviours to maintain an approachable & professional demeanour  

• The ability to manage customer expectations with a professional presence
