What would you do? What are we looking for? "• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Expertise- In-depth knowledge of SFMC functionalities, including Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Automation Studio, and Journey Builder. Roles and Responsibilities: "• Lead, mentor, and manage multiple CRM teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and CRM strategies. • Provide guidance and support to team members, facilitating professional development and addressing performance issues. • Collaborate with Project Manager or marketing stakeholders to understand campaign objectives and requirements by carefully reviewing briefs and seeking clarification before the build along with highlighting risks (if any) • Assist in the execution of campaign strategies, including audience segmentation, journey mapping, and content creation. • Provide guidance on leveraging SFMC capabilities to achieve campaign goals effectively. • Configure and customize SFMC components, including data extensions, email templates, landing pages, and automations, to support campaign execution. • Build and maintain various standard data extensions or customer master within SFMC for accurate segmentation and personalization. • Create and manage automated journeys, including welcome series, nurture campaigns, and triggered communications. • Set up and execute email, SMS, direct mail, social or paid and other marketing broad cast or journey-based campaign using SFMC tools. • Ensure campaigns are executed in line with defined SLAs, including timelines, quality standards, and performance metrics. • Ensure accurate targeting and segmentation of campaign audiences. • Monitor campaign performance and engagement metrics, providing regular reporting and analysis to stakeholders. • Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to campaign execution. • Implement dynamic content and personalized elements using personalization languages (example AMPscript or SSJS) to create dynamic and personalized email experiences. • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and IT teams to align CRM strategies with broader business objectives and ensure seamless integration of CRM efforts."
