Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday HCM Security.
- Strong knowledge of access control models and security frameworks within enterprise software environments.
- Experience in configuring and managing user roles, permissions, and security policies in cloud-based human capital management systems.
- Ability to analyze security requirements and implement solutions that comply with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and troubleshooting security-related issues across multiple platforms.
- Skilled in collaborating with development and operations teams to ensure secure software deployment and maintenance.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Workday HCM Security.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
