- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of project tasks to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders to align technical efforts with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Experience in customizing and configuring SAP SuccessFactors modules to meet business requirements.
- Strong knowledge of integration techniques and data migration strategies within SAP SuccessFactors environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Familiarity with agile software development practices and tools to support iterative delivery.
- Competence in collaborating with cross-functional teams to design scalable and maintainable software solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- This position is based at Onsite - United Arab Emirates.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
