You will work with internal business partners to gather information, track outstanding items, and follow up regularly to help move issues toward resolution. The position provides oversight of exceptions rather than primarily resolving or processing the underlying transactions directly.

You will work across multiple systems and platforms, manage a variety of exception types, and communicate with internal departments through email and calls. When an issue cannot be advanced through email communication, you may coordinate and lead calls with the appropriate business partners. The team also provides opportunities to learn different functions through cross-training, with established procedures available to support the work.

  • Manage multiple responsibilities concurrently while meeting established deadlines and Service Level Agreements.
  • Follow established department policies, procedures, and operational requirements.
  • Participate in cross-training across team functions.
