Nous recherchons un(e) assistant(e) chef de projet événementiel et logistique (BAC+4) pour rejoindre notre équipe chez RENAULT s.a.s. Vous contribuerez à la mise en œuvre d'événements complexes et à la gestion logistique associée.
Responsabilités du poste
- Assister le chef de projet dans la conception, la planification et la coordination d'événements internes et externes.
- Gérer les aspects logistiques des événements, incluant la coordination des prestataires, la mise en œuvre terrain, et le suivi global.
Qualifications requises
- Diplôme BAC+4 (Maîtrise, Master 1 ou équivalent) dans un domaine pertinent (événementiel, communication, logistique évents).
- Maîtrise d'Excel
- Capacité à travailler en équipe et à collaborer avec différents services.
- Rigueur, organisation et capacité à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément.
- Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et orale en français et en anglais.
