ABOUT THE POSITION

Creative Director (BURGA Men) at BURGA is more than just a title. It's an opportunity to shape and grow an exciting product category from the ground up, combining hands-on design, creative vision, and commercial thinking.

We're looking for a creative mind who doesn't just set the direction but loves bringing ideas to life. Someone who can spot opportunities, create original patterns, experiment with bold design concepts, and turn customer insights into products people actually want.

Your Role: You'll take ownership of the creative direction of BURGA Men, starting with what matters most: designing standout patterns, developing distinctive collections, and discovering what resonates with our audience. Working closely with our Brand & Growth teams, you'll test ideas, refine winning designs, and build a recognizable identity for the category.

As BURGA Men grows, so will your impact, with the opportunity to expand into campaigns, art direction, and eventually building and leading a dedicated creative team.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Shape and develop the creative direction of BURGA Men, building a distinctive identity aligned with BURGA's brand.

• Research, conceptualize, and personally create original patterns, graphics, and cohesive design collections.

• Explore market trends, consumer preferences, and new creative opportunities to develop commercially relevant designs.

• Collaborate with different teams to test designs, analyze performance, and turn insights into winning products.

• Work closely with technical designers and creative teams to bring concepts to life across products and marketing channels.

• As the category grows, expand its creative direction into campaigns, photoshoots, and brand storytelling, with the opportunity to build and lead a dedicated creative team.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 4+ years of experience in pattern or graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing original designs, product applications, and creative direction.

• Advanced skills in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, with a strong eye for composition, color, typography, and patterns.

• Experience in fashion, accessories, lifestyle, consumer products, or ecommerce.

• Ability to combine hands-on design with strategic creative thinking and commercial awareness.

• A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take ownership, experiment, and turn ideas into results.

• Strong collaboration, communication, and English language skills.

• Leadership potential and a passion for design, creativity, and BURGA's "Escape Boring" philosophy.

SALARY: 5000 - 6000 EUR/Month GROSS. We're open to discussing it based on your skills and competencies.
