Responsibilities:
Monitor operations to ensure that the production plan is followed to meet standards to achieve optimum productivity of targets. (QKI, FTBY, SU, and SE) Refer to Annexure A for Standard Operating Procedures applicable to the assigned area of responsibility.
Make sure product meets qualitative and quantitative specifications as outlined in the Standard Operating Procedures and escalate any deviations or irregularities that do not meet required standard immediately.
Accurately document shift operations throughout production as per Standard Operating Procedures and SAP (where applicable).
Make sure proper shift handover relating to breakdowns, products, safety by documenting in the communication logbook.
Apply all HSE safety principles, rules and requirements always and escalate any issues or concerns.
Qualifications:
Matric.
Basic understanding of safety regulations and procedures.
Ability to work independently and as a team.
Good communication skills (verbal & written).
Computer literacy and includes a basic understanding of excel.
