POSITION OVERVIEW
Technical Assent is seeking a Training and Adoption Specialist to support our federal client. This role drives user readiness and adoption of new technologies by developing training programs, creating user guides, leading training sessions, and supporting communications that enable smooth business transitions.
Responsibilities
- Prepare users to adopt and effectively use new technologies.
- Design and facilitate effective training programs.
- Create user guides and documentation that support knowledge sharing.
- Lead user training sessions.
- Support communications that help users transition smoothly to deployed solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS
Experience & Education Requirements:
- Active Secret Clearance
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS), with a minimum of four (4) years of relevant experience, OR Master’s degree (MA/MS), with a minimum of two (2) year of relevant experience,
- Relevant professional certification (e.g., Microsoft Certified Trainer, Associate Professional in Talent Development) and a minimum of four (4) years of relevant experience may be substituted for a formal degree.
- Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) or Associate Professional in Talent Development (APTD) certification required.
- Experience in developing training materials, conducting user training, and supporting technology adaption.
- Work location is on client site in Washington, DC. Remote work may be authorized on a limited basis.
Preferred Qualifications:
- One (1) year of experience in a DoD or DHS environment is preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Close vision is required.

- Salary: $95,000-$105,000 annually, commensurate with experience
