The Opportunity
Commercial Real Estate Paralegal
Salary Range: $120,000 - $145,000. Hybrid schedule.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to support attorneys in the handling of sophisticated commercial real estate transactions.
- Review of title commitments and surveys, summarize underlying exceptions, identify title and survey issues, and work with attorneys, title companies and surveyors to resolve, including preparation of a title memos and recommended endorsements and affirmative insurance.
- Review and summarize leases and diligence reports.
- Order and review UCC and tax lien search reports judgment/lien/bankruptcy searches, good standing certificates.
- Prepare basic corporate formation documents for real estate entities, including resolutions and consents for real estate transactions.
- Prepare, maintain and track closing checklists and timelines.
- Prepare miscellaneous closing documents.
- Review estoppel certificates and SNDAs.
- Coordinate and organize documents for multi-state and multi-asset transactions.
- Follow up on and organization of post-closing items including recorded documents and post-closing requirements.
