- Is confident using digital tools and keen to explore how technology can improve events and communications.
- Is flexible and comfortable supporting activity across events and internal channels.
What you'll be doing
- Supporting the planning and delivery of in-person, hybrid and virtual colleague events, guided by Events Managers.
- Coordinating event administration and logistics, including schedules, meetings, attendee information, action tracking and delivery documents.

- Contributing practical ideas that improve the colleague experience, simplify delivery and make effective use of technology.
- Maintaining strong working relationships across Group Corporate Affairs and the wider business.
- Supporting team planning and agile ways of working, including meetings, stand-ups, action tracking and retrospectives.
What we are looking for
- An effective planner who can manage several activities, and changing priorities with strong attention to detail.
- Proactive, diligent and comfortable taking ownership for clearly defined pieces of work.
- A clear communicator who works well with colleagues, collaborators and delivery partners, and advances issues at the right time.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft tools, with an interest in event technology and internal communication channels.
- AI literacy, with a curious mindset and experience of using AI responsibly to improve efficiency and creativity.
- Comfortable maintaining trackers, coordinating information and keeping plans and documentation accurate.
- Calm under pressure and able to adapt to changing priorities and live delivery environments.
- A user-first mindset, with consideration for accessibility, inclusion and the end-to-end colleague experience.
- Curious and willing to suggest practical improvements to event and channel delivery.
- Open to change, learning and continuous improvement.
- Able to handle confidential information appropriately.
