Job Description

Group Corporate Affairs provides the insight, counsel and challenge the Group needs to deliver its strategic objectives. We deliver best-in-class communications for key audiences, helping ensure Lloyds Banking Group is recognised for Helping Britain Prosper.

The Colleague Channels & Experience team helps colleagues understand, connect with and contribute to our strategic direction. We bring this to life through leadership activity, large-scale colleague events, digital channels and new engagement technology.

This role supports the practical delivery behind engaging, inclusive and well-run colleague experiences across the Group.

We'd love to hear from anyone who

  • Is passionate about creating engaging, inclusive and well-organised colleague experiences.
  • Has excellent planning and organisational skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Enjoys coordinating activity, working across teams and helping delivery run smoothly.
  • Is confident using digital tools and keen to explore how technology can improve events and communications.
  • Is flexible and comfortable supporting activity across events and internal channels.

What you'll be doing

  • Supporting the planning and delivery of in-person, hybrid and virtual colleague events, guided by Events Managers.
  • Coordinating event administration and logistics, including schedules, meetings, attendee information, action tracking and delivery documents.
  • Maintaining accurate event plans, trackers, running orders and supporting materials.
  • Supporting event communications and content, including invitations, attendee updates, digital materials and follow-up.
  • Providing onsite and virtual event support where needed. Some travel and flexibility around event delivery times may be required.
  • Supporting the use of event technology and digital tools, including event applications, engagement tools and attendee communications.
  • Providing targeted publishing support across internal channels for events, campaigns and priority team activity.
  • Bringing together attendance, engagement, feedback and delivery information to support event and channel measurement.
  • Contributing practical ideas that improve the colleague experience, simplify delivery and make effective use of technology.
  • Maintaining strong working relationships across Group Corporate Affairs and the wider business.
  • Supporting team planning and agile ways of working, including meetings, stand-ups, action tracking and retrospectives.

What we are looking for

  • An effective planner who can manage several activities, and changing priorities with strong attention to detail.
  • Proactive, diligent and comfortable taking ownership for clearly defined pieces of work.
  • A clear communicator who works well with colleagues, collaborators and delivery partners, and advances issues at the right time.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft tools, with an interest in event technology and internal communication channels.
  • AI literacy, with a curious mindset and experience of using AI responsibly to improve efficiency and creativity.
  • Comfortable maintaining trackers, coordinating information and keeping plans and documentation accurate.
  • Calm under pressure and able to adapt to changing priorities and live delivery environments.
  • A user-first mindset, with consideration for accessibility, inclusion and the end-to-end colleague experience.
  • Curious and willing to suggest practical improvements to event and channel delivery.
  • Open to change, learning and continuous improvement.
  • Able to handle confidential information appropriately.
