·       Develop and deliver tailored education programs using globally approved materials, adapting content to meet local customer requirements and clinical priorities.

·       Maintain a strong understanding of Solventum's wound care portfolio, relevant clinical evidence, competitor offerings and emerging developments in wound management.

·       Build and maintain trusted relationships with key clinical stakeholders, including nurses, wound care specialists, surgeons, educators and other healthcare decision-makers.

·       Develop a network of clinical advocates, product champions and key opinion leaders to support clinical engagement and appropriate product adoption.

·       Partner with Marketing and Medical Affairs to support key opinion leader engagement, clinical education initiatives and the delivery of relevant scientific information.

·       Participate in industry conferences, professional associations, educational events and clinical forums to strengthen Solventum's presence and maintain an understanding of evolving clinical needs.

·       Identify customer education needs and provide responsive clinical support to strengthen customer confidence, satisfaction and engagement.

Commercial Partnership and Business Growth

·       Partner closely with the Territory Manager to execute territory plans, support account strategies and achieve agreed business objectives.

·       Participate in joint customer visits, clinical presentations and account engagements to strengthen relationships, demonstrate clinical value and support product adoption.

·       Identify opportunities to expand the use of Solventum's wound care portfolio within existing accounts and support the introduction of products into new accounts.

·       Contribute to the retention and growth of existing business through ongoing clinical engagement, customer education and responsive product support.

·       Support the identification of clinical barriers, competitor activity and unmet customer needs, sharing relevant insights with Sales and Marketing to inform account planning and commercial strategy.

·       Assist the sales team in responding to clinical questions, product evaluations and customer requests for evidence-based information.

·       Support the development and execution of clinical initiatives that align with regional and national business priorities.

·       Maintain clear communication with Territory Managers regarding customer feedback, education activities, emerging opportunities and potential risks to existing business.

Collaboration and Professional Development

·       Work collaboratively with the wider Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs and Clinical teams to deliver consistent, accurate and evidence-based communication.

·       Maintain compliance with company policies, applicable healthcare regulations, privacy requirements and relevant industry codes.

·       Complete required training and maintain current clinical knowledge, product competency and professional development.

·       Share clinical insights, customer feedback and successful education practices with the broader team to support continuous improvement.
