Join Our Clinical Research Coordinator Talent Community

Cincinnati Children's is seeking talented Clinical Research Coordinators (CRCs) to support innovative clinical and translational research programs across a wide range of specialties, playing a critical role in advancing discoveries that improve child health. CRCs may coordinate participant recruitment and enrollment, conduct study visits, manage regulatory documentation, collect and process research specimens, oversee study data, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and ensure compliance with research protocols and regulatory requirements.

Please note, this is an onsite position located in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Specific responsibilities, study complexity, and required experience will vary by position.
Responsibilities may include:
•    Coordinating day-to-day research study activities
•    Recruiting, screening, consenting, and retaining study participants
•    Scheduling and conducting study visits
•    Maintaining research records and source documentation
•    Managing regulatory submissions and study approvals
•    Entering and validating study data in electronic databases
•    Collecting, processing, and shipping research specimens
•    Collaborating with investigators, sponsors, clinical teams, and research participants
•    Supporting study monitoring visits, audits, and quality assurance activities
•    Ensuring compliance with protocols, institutional policies, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), and regulatory requirements

Minimum Qualifications
•    Bachelor's degree in a scientific, healthcare, public health, psychology, or related field AND at least one year of related work experience OR a Master's degree
•    Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
•    Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
•    Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

Preferred Qualifications
•    Human subjects research
•    Participant recruitment and enrollment
•    Clinical trials or observational research
•    Regulatory submissions and compliance
•    Research data management
•    Electronic data capture systems (REDCap, Medidata, OnCore, or similar)
•    Specimen processing and biobanking
•    Healthcare, patient-facing, or clinical environments
•    Good Clinical Practice (GCP) training
