Your part in The Wesley Hospital team
The Wesley Hospital is home to one of Queensland's leading Endoscopy services, delivering high-quality care across a broad range of diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
As a Clinical Nurse within our Endoscopy team, you will provide advanced clinical care and leadership, supporting safe, effective and person-centred care throughout the patient journey. Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, you will use your clinical expertise to guide practice, support quality improvement initiatives and contribute to positive patient outcomes.
You will also play an important role in mentoring and supporting nursing staff, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous learning and excellence in care delivery.
What makes a difference for us?
You will bring:
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
A minimum of 2 years' recent Endoscopy nursing experience.
Demonstrated clinical leadership skills and the ability to support and mentor staff.
A commitment to delivering exceptional patient-centred care and positive patient experiences.
Strong clinical assessment, decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
A commitment to quality improvement, patient safety and evidence-based practice.
Flexibility, adaptability and a proactive approach to service delivery.
A passion for ongoing professional development and continuous learning.
