Full-time Clinic Director / Licensed Physical Therapist  

Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy (Outpatient Ortho) 

Location: Forest City, NC

Our current Clinic Director will be opening his own clinic next year and this is the reason for the opportunity!

Compensation 

• Compensation Range: $95,000 – $110,000 per year   

Additional Compensation 

• This position is also eligible for: bonus, student loan repayment, relocation assistance.

Qualifications: 

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program required. 

• Current or eligible Physical Therapist license in the state of practice required. 

• Previous outpatient orthopedic experience preferred. 

• Prior leadership or supervisory experience is a plus but not required. 

• A passion for mentoring and developing others. 

• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. 

• A desire to grow the clinic, build community relationships, and create a positive team culture.
