Job Summary

Epiq is seeking a Client Services Project Analyst to support the successful delivery of client projects and workflows. This role works closely with Project Managers and cross-functional teams to coordinate project activities, manage client data processing, track project progress, and ensure timely execution of client requests. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Serve as a primary point of contact for day-to-day client and internal project requests, escalating issues as needed.

- Monitor, track, and report project progress across multiple operational teams.

- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including Statements of Work (SOWs), playbooks, status reports, and workflow updates.

- Receive, review, organize, and process client data using Relativity Processing.

- Provide routine support and troubleshooting for Relativity Processing and workspaces.

- Interpret client requirements and communicate project instructions effectively to internal teams.

- Assist in resolving issues related to hosted or delivered client data.

- Manage project queues and priorities to support timely delivery of client requests.

- Support operational initiatives and client-facing activities as required.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Legal Studies, or a related field.

- Experience in client services, project coordination, eDiscovery, legal technology, or data processing environments is preferred.

- Working knowledge of Relativity Processing and Relativity platform functionalities.

- Strong technical aptitude with experience using databases, review platforms, and business applications.

- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting capabilities.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.

- High attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality results.

- Flexibility to work extended hours, periodic on-call shifts, and occasional weekends based on business needs.
