We are seeking a talented individual to join our Affinity business. This role will be based in Tokyo, Japan. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least 3 days a week in the office.

アフィニティチームとは

保険を活用した新たなビジネス／サービスの創出といった「攻め」の保険活用を検討、企画、推進する部門です。

• チームは自動車関連マーケットを主に担当する「オートユニット」と、それ以外のマーケットを広く担当する「コンシューマーユニット」に分かれますが、いずれも共通してクライアントの本業収益に直接的／間接的に寄与する付加価値サービスの検討／提案を行い、新たな補償制度やサービスの検討／提案／構築／その後の運用（推進等）を担当します。
• 商品企画～構築、その後のオペレーション、マーケティングフォローまで、ビジネスにおける幅広いレンジの業務に携わることが可能。
• 足の速いプロジェクトから海外メンバーを巻き込んだダイナミックなプロジェクトまで、様々なプロジェクトに関われます。
• 新しい発想で、幅広い業界/マーケットとのビジネスが可能です。

【We will count on you to / 主な業務内容】

主に自動車関連マーケット及び、それ以外の幅広いマーケットのプレイヤー（法人）に対して、以下業務をご担当頂きます。

• 既存クライアントに対する保険を活用した新たな商品、サービスの検討／提案／構築
• 既存商品の分析／レポーティング／営業推進といったマーケティングアドバイス
• 新たなクライアントの営業開発（商品、サービス等の提案）

【What you need to have / 必要な資格・経験】

• 企画立案⇒市場調査⇒単独営業⇒導入⇒メンテナンスのプロセスを自力で回せる能力（もしくはその可能性のある方）
• 白地からの新規法人営業経験（クライアントとの交渉力、コントロール力）
• 目標数値へのコミットメント意識
• ビジネスレベルの英語力（読み書きに加え、商談スキル歓迎）
• 独力でのマーケットリサーチ⇒提案書作成に耐えうるPPT/XLS等のPCスキル
