What You’ll Be Doing

 Support the team

• Help keep the Claims team running smoothly with day-to-day admin support
• Keep systems, documents, and records accurate and up to date
   

 Be at the centre of the action

• Manage incoming claims and help direct them to the right people
• Track progress and make sure nothing gets missed
   

 Learn how claims work

• Support the handling of simpler claims
• Learn when and how to escalate more complex cases
• Build your understanding of the full claims lifecycle
