You will coordinate readiness activities, support impact assessment work, maintain change documentation, and help ensure operational teams are prepared for upcoming change.

This is an exciting opportunity to work across multiple initiatives, partnering with business leaders, subject matter experts, programme teams and operational stakeholders to ensure change is understood, planned for, and embedded effectively.

In this role, you will:

  • Coordinate and support business impact assessments across people, processes, systems, services and customer outcomes.

We are seeking to appoint at a salary between $85,000 – $89,000 commensurate with skills and experience.

You have strong analytical skills, can quickly understand operational impacts, and are comfortable working across multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • Experience supporting change initiatives, business improvement activities, projects, or operational change programmes.
  • Experience gathering and documenting business requirements, impacts, risks or stakeholder needs.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • The ability to analyse and document business processes and operational workflows.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
  • Experience preparing reports, recommendations, business documentation and briefing materials.

While not essential, experience within customer service, regulatory, operational or public sector environments, or training in business analysis, change management, project support or continuous improvement methodologies would be an advantage.
