Overview/Summary: Boston University Chobanian & Avedisian School of Medicine (BUCASM), Department of Anesthesiology at Boston Medical Center (BMC) is hiring CRNAs to join our growing team.  Our values and mission continues to drive our stronghold of excellence in patient care, education, and research. Both newly trained and experienced CRNAs are welcome to apply. CRNAs are members of the faculty at Boston University Chobanian & Avedisian School of Medicine (BUCASM).

Our team of CRNA’s  share clinical service coverage within the scope of their expertise and training.  Opportunity to participate in educational responsibilities, including didactics and service-related teaching for SRNAs/Student Registered Nurse Anesthetist.

Location:  Boston Medical Center Campus

Compensation:  Boston University Chobanian & Avedisian School of Medicine (BUCASM) offers a competitive salary commensurate with academic training and practice experience.  We continue to evaluate our CRNA compensation plan to remain one of the most competitive in salary, bonus, and benefits.  Our CRNA staff receive a highly competitive salary and generous benefits that include paid vacation, sick time, parental leave and CME expenses. Faculty members and their dependents qualify for greatly reduced tuition at Boston University, ranked among the top 50 universities in the US.

Compensation Range: $260k-$290K

Compensation Range:

This range offers an estimate based on the minimum job qualifications. However, our approach to determining base pay is comprehensive, and a broad range of factors is considered when making an offer. This includes education, experience, skills, and certifications/licensures as they directly relate to position requirements; as well as business/organizational needs, internal equity, and market-competitiveness.
