Role Overview  

This role requires a self-starting leader to manage a 5–10 member team, overseeing their daily operations, performance, and training. The core focus is maintaining high-quality data production by diagnosing workflow bottlenecks and optimizing processes. Candidates must possess strong product intuition and logical reasoning to conduct independent e-commerce market and competitive research. High autonomy is essential for managing multiple tasks and delivering results under pressure with minimal supervision. Ideal applicants have 2–3 years of management experience, a passion for e-commerce, and advanced Excel data skills.

What You Will Do 

• Team Leadership & Autonomy: Lead a team of 5–10 members with a high degree of ownership. Independently manage manpower allocation and daily operations to ensure project success. 

• Performance & Attendance Management: Monitor team attendance and conduct performance evaluations, ensuring all members consistently meet or exceed team standards. 

• Quality & Productivity Control: Oversee the accuracy and output rate of team deliverables. Proactively identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvements to ensure high-quality data production. 

• Training & Development: Design and execute internal training programs to enhance the team’s professional skills and operational efficiency. 

• Executive Support: Efficiently complete tasks assigned by supervisors, supporting overall departmental goals with minimal supervision. 

Basic Qualifications  

• Product Expertise: Possess strong product intuition and understanding of category attributes. Capable of performing independent offline/online product analysis and competitive research. 

• Logical Thinking & Adaptability: Strong logical reasoning with the ability to manage complex data. A self-starter who can adapt to changes and lead the team toward targets in dynamic environments. 

• High Autonomy & Responsibility: Demonstrated ability to work independently and solve problems under pressure. Able to prioritize tasks effectively in a multi-tasking environment to ensure deadlines are met. 

• Process Diagnosis & Optimization: Familiar with SOPs and possess the analytical skills to independently diagnose workflow issues and propose constructive optimization strategies. 

• E-commerce Passion: A genuine interest in e-commerce operations and market trends, with a commitment to continuous self-improvement. 

Preferred Qualifications 

• Data Proficiency: Advanced Excel skills for data analysis (e.g., XLOOKUP, COUNTIFS). 

• Professional Experience: 2–3 years of office-based experience in administration or management. 

• Training & Mentorship: Proven experience in leading, coaching, or training team members to improve overall performance. 

• Management Background: Prior experience in a supervisory or management role is highly preferred.
