What would you do? • The Talent Acquisition Sourcing Professional is responsible for delivering end to end sourcing support for assigned roles, skills and geographies, working closely with recruiters and recruitment delivery teams. The role focuses on proactive talent research, candidate identification, engagement and pipeline management to enable timely and high quality hiring outcomes. • The role operates within defined recruitment and RPO frameworks and is accountable for sourcing productivity, data accuracy and candidate experience while supporting recruiters with qualified candidate pipelines aligned to hiring demand. • Primary skill - Strategic Talent Sourcing • • 6+ years in Talent Acquisition sourcing or recruitment support roles including • Hands on candidate sourcing and talent research • Pipeline development and candidate engagement • High level profile screening and shortlisting support • Use of job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing tools

Roles and Responsibilities: • Recruiter will be responsible for performing day to day tasks as per the recruitment process guidelines. • Conduct external sourcing and mine existing talent pools. Source from existing candidate databases and determine the need for external sourcing to meet candidate volume requirements. • Perform data mining for additional candidates. Identify new profiles for sourcing eligibility, source resumes, qualify candidate interest using appropriate technology tools and match qualified resumes to requisitions. • Support candidate intake through applications or expressions of interest using electronic, phone or paper methods and process candidate profiles and applications. • Develop candidate lists for screening. Pre qualify candidate interest in opportunities and invite candidates to apply as appropriate. • Conduct initial screening of candidates to ascertain that they are qualified, interested and available. • Automated Candidate Screening Interactive Voice Response IVR • Perform automated scoring exercises • Review IVR test results by listening to specific questions • Derive candidate assessment results based on IVR responses • Forward results of candidates meeting criteria for future consideration • Recruitment Administration and Analytics • Provide recruitment administrative support and analysis • Manage candidate and requisition data for in scope processes • Knowledge Skills Requirements • Strong verbal and written communication skills including sentence mastery, vocabulary, fluency and pronunciation • Customer service orientation with the ability to engage candidates professionally and responsively • Proficiency in MS Office including Excel, Word and PowerPoint for tracking, reporting and communication • Strong email writing skills with clear, professional and structured communication • Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems ATS, Smart Recruiter, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and sourcing tools
