Job Summary

We are hiring a Sales Development Representative with proven experience in SEO or digital marketing sales. This is a high-impact role focused on driving new business through outbound sales.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, email, and LinkedIn to generate qualified leads
Identify and research target companies within key industries
Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on ICP criteria
Book discovery calls and product demos for Account Executives
Maintain accurate records of outreach and pipeline activity in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and campaigns
Consistently meet or exceed monthly KPIs (meetings booked, conversion rates, pipeline generated)

Requirements

Proven experience in cold outreach, lead generation, and appointment setting
Experience selling digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing)
Strong communication and persuasion skills in English (both written and verbal)
Experience using CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar
Highly organized, self-motivated, and target-driven
Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environments
