As Business Development Manager at Daos Hub, your mission is to drive revenue growth for our service stream and establish Daos as a key business partner for companies across the MENA region.

You will take ownership of the full business development cycle — from identifying new opportunities and building relationships to negotiating and closing deals. Your focus will be on growing sales across our services, including events, production, and design, while activating existing partnerships and developing effective cross-selling and upselling opportunities.

This role is for someone who knows how to turn conversations into business, build trust with different types of people, and find opportunities where others might not see them.

- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
- Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into clients.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners.
- Develop tailored commercial proposals and offers for different ICPs.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Events, Production, and Operations teams to develop and deliver service offerings.
- Represent Daos Hub at internal and external events, building relationships and generating new business opportunities.
- Manage and maintain the sales pipeline in HubSpot CRM.
- Bring new ideas and explore creative approaches to achieve sales KPIs.
- Contribute to scaling the business development function and building the team as the stream grows.

- 4+ years of hands-on experience in sales and/or business development.
- Proven experience managing the full sales cycle and closing deals.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience working with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot.
- Proactive, results-driven mindset and willingness to take ownership.
- Ability to adapt quickly, think creatively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in Economics, Management, or Marketing.
- Professional proficiency in English.
