Job Description – Business Development Manager – Corporate & TPA

Role Objective

To drive business growth through new and existing TPA/insurance partnerships and corporate tie-ups, with a focus on onboarding, renewals, commercial negotiations and revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities

TPA & Insurance

·       Onboard new TPAs and insurance companies.

·       Manage renewals and strengthen existing partnerships.

·       Negotiate tariffs, packages and commercial terms.

·       Identify opportunities to increase business from existing TPAs/insurers.

·       Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

·       Track business generated and drive growth across accounts.

Corporate Business Development

·       Identify, approach and close new corporate tie-ups.

·       Drive corporate empanelment and onboarding.

·       Negotiate commercial terms and service offerings.

·       Generate patient/business volumes through corporate partnerships.

·       Manage existing corporate accounts and drive repeat and incremental business.

Key KPIs

·       Number of new TPA/insurance tie-ups.

·       Number of successful renewals.

·       Number of new corporate tie-ups closed.

·       Revenue/business generated through TPA, insurance and corporate channels.

·       Growth in business from existing accounts.

·       Commercial improvement achieved through negotiations.

·       Conversion rate from leads/prospects to active partnerships.
