Job Description
Position Summary
Owns brand identity, major sponsorships, and organic social media for Growth Marketing, and is the go-to brand resource for our US and Canadian teams. This is a broad, external-facing brand role: running CLEAResult's sports sponsorships and other major partnerships; supporting Canadian colleagues with brand materials for proposals, sell sheets, and events; keeping our organic social presence active and aligned with the brand; and maintaining core brand governance.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and run CLEAResult's sports sponsorships and other major partnerships, managing the relationships, deliverables, and ROI tracking for each.
- Partner closely with the Senior Manager of Events on sponsorship activation, event attendance and promotion, and speaking opportunities tied to our sponsorships.
- Serve as the primary brand resource for the Canadian team as we build our Canadian brand presence up to match our US presence, supporting proposals, sell sheets, event promotion, and other brand needs as they come up.
- Own organic social media strategy and execution, posting and managing community engagement across channels, including scripts and assets handed off by the Content Marketing Manager, in support of demand-gen, ABM/ABS, sponsorships, and event promotion.
- Apply and enforce brand guidelines across Growth Marketing's channels and campaign materials.
- Partner with designers on brand visual standards and the ongoing brand modernization work.
- Partner with the Growth Marketing Managers and Content Marketing Manager to amplify campaign content on social channels.
- Coordinate with Corporate Communications to keep company-wide social and PR messaging aligned and avoid duplicated or conflicting posts.
First 90 Days
Days 1 to 30
- Complete a full audit of the sports sponsorship agreements: contractual deliverables, what has been used, what is being left on the table, and when renewal decisions hit.
- Complete an organic social audit: channels, cadence, performance baseline, and account access.
- Meet the Canadian team and log their brand needs.
- Establish channel boundaries with Corporate Communications so posts do not collide.
Days 31 to 60
- Activation plan and ROI framework for each sponsorship, agreed with the Senior Manager of Events.
- Social calendar live with a sustained posting cadence.
- Defined intake process for Canada brand requests.
- Brand governance gaps documented with a remediation order.
Days 61 to 90
- First activation executed or fully planned if it falls outside the season.
- Measurable engagement lift against the month-one social baseline.
- Canada requests flowing through the defined process rather than ad hoc.
- Standing coordination rhythm with Corporate Communications in place.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of brand marketing experience, including sponsorship or partnership management.
- Demonstrated experience owning a major partnership relationship end-to-end, including deliverable tracking and ROI reporting.
- Organic social media management experience across multiple channels, including community engagement.
- Familiarity with brand guideline systems (Frontify or equivalent).
- Comfort supporting a distributed team, including Canadian colleagues, and partnering cross-functionally, including with Corporate Communications on shared channels.
- Working knowledge of Canadian marketing compliance (CASL) a plus. French-language capability a plus.
- Utility or energy-industry knowledge a plus.
Tools and Systems
Frontify for brand governance. Experience with a social management and scheduling platform and with social analytics tooling. Specific platforms matter less than fluency. Familiarity with Claude or comparable AI tooling for social drafting and reporting.
Application Requirements
