Job Description

- Assist the teacher in the preparation and delivery of educational activities.
- Provide individual or group support to students during lessons.
- Reinforce instructions and content in English and Spanish according to classroom needs.
- Support the supervision and positive management of student behavior.
- Collaborate in the development and organization of teaching materials.
- Keep classroom materials, resources, and spaces organized.
- Support attendance tracking, homework records, and basic communication with families.
- Collaborate in school activities, events, and institutional projects.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and school community standards.
- Supervise students during recess, lunch, arrivals, and departures when required.
- Support the development of hygiene, organization, and independence habits.
- Identify and communicate relevant academic, emotional, or behavioral situations.
