Las Funciones & Responsabilidades incluyen, pero no se limitan a:
Realizar tareas de preliminado y preparación básica de alimentos.
Asistir a los cocineros en la elaboración de los platillos.
Mantener la limpieza y el orden en la cocina y áreas de trabajo.
Verificar el buen estado de los insumos y utensilios antes de su uso.
Apoyar en la recepción y almacenamiento de productos alimenticios.
Cumplir con las normas de seguridad e higiene establecidas.
Funciones adicionales para realizar cuando sea necesario:
Apoyar en el emplatado y servicio de alimentos.
Asistir en el inventario de insumos de cocina.
Apoyo en el servicio de línea de productos, abastecimiento y servicio.
Calificaciones & Habilidades
Carnet de manipulación de alimentos vigente.
Noveno año de colegio aprobada, o preparación equivalente a experiencia en puestos similares.
Experiencia mínima de 6 meses en cocina institucional o restaurantes (deseable).

Requerimientos físicos
Permanencia prolongada de pie.
Carga y traslado de utensilios y productos de cocina.
