🏢 Job Summary:

The Audience Growth Specialist is responsible for executing and optimizing the company's digital distribution strategy across social media and organic search. This role ensures our content reaches the right audiences, performs effectively across platforms, and contributes to measurable business outcomes.

This is not a content creation role. It is an audience growth and optimization role focused on operational excellence, platform expertise, and continuous improvement. Working closely with Brand, Creative, Communications, Growth Marketing, and Digital teams, you'll help transform great content into measurable reach, engagement, and organic growth.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Operations & Distribution

• Own the day-to-day management of the company's social media publishing across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, and emerging platforms
• Build and maintain publishing calendars, ensuring content is scheduled accurately and delivered on time
• Optimize posts for each platform through tagging, formatting, accessibility, hashtags, and channel-specific best practices
• Monitor comments, direct messages, and brand mentions, escalating issues and opportunities to the appropriate teams
• Support executive and employee advocacy efforts to extend the reach of company content

Audience Growth & Channel Optimization

• Monitor social media performance and identify opportunities to increase reach, engagement, follower growth, and referral traffic
• Stay current on platform algorithm changes, emerging features, and industry trends, recommending new opportunities for audience growth
• Partner with Growth Marketing to support paid amplification and integrated campaign execution when needed

SEO & Organic Visibility

• Own the execution of the company's technical and on-page SEO strategy
• Conduct keyword research and optimize website content through metadata, internal linking, image optimization, structured content, and technical SEO best practices
• Monitor website health using Google Search Console and SEO platforms, identifying opportunities related to indexing, crawlability, Core Web Vitals, and search performance

Analytics & Performance Reporting

• Develop dashboards and recurring reports that track audience growth, engagement, website traffic, keyword rankings, and organic performance
• Translate data into actionable recommendations that improve channel performance and marketing effectiveness
• Identify trends and opportunities to continuously improve the company's digital presence through testing and optimization

Operations & Continuous Improvement

• Ensure publishing processes, governance, and quality standards are consistently followed across social channels
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows through automation and AI-enabled tools
• Contribute to the company's AI-native transformation by evaluating technologies that improve publishing efficiency, SEO optimization, and digital operations

Requirements

💡 Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise:

• 3–6+ years of experience in social media management, SEO, digital marketing, or audience growth, with demonstrated success growing owned digital channels
• Strong understanding of social media publishing platforms, platform algorithms, and audience engagement best practices
• Experience executing technical and on-page SEO using tools such as Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar platforms
• Comfortable working with website content management systems and implementing SEO recommendations
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, or similar reporting platforms to measure and improve performance
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple publishing workflows simultaneously
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments where continuous optimization and operational rigor are essential
• Familiarity with AI-powered marketing and SEO tools, with curiosity about how emerging technologies can improve productivity and audience growth
• Experience in energy, technology, infrastructure, or other mission-driven industries is preferred
