POSITION SUMMARY: 

In accordance with the policies, procedures and standards of Melco Resorts Leisure (PHP) Corporation, this position is accountable for performing the daily operations of the Regency Club ensuring maximum guest satisfaction and maintaining professional standards of service. The Attendant, Regency Club provide needed dining experience and other related services to guests in accordance with departmental set service standards.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.    Performs dining set up operations and work flow to maximize guest satisfaction.
2.    Delivers the brand promise and provide exceptional guest service at all times.
3.    Provides excellent service to internal customers as appropriate.
4.    Be familiar with the hotel’s products and services and policies. 
5.    Handles all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily.
6.    Maintains positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships.
7.    Ensures that guest history records are accurately maintained, and all repeat guests are pre-registered.
8.    Ensures that all hotel, company and local rules, policies and regulations relating to financial record keeping, money handling and licensing are adhered to, including the timely and accurate reporting of financial information. 
9.    Ensures that all company minimum brand standards have been implemented, and that optional brand standards have been implemented where appropriate. 
10.    Works closely with other Regency Club personnel in a supportive and flexible manner, focusing on the overall success of the hotel and the satisfaction of hotel guests. 
11.    Apply food and beverage service techniques correctly at all times, serving items with enthusiasm.
12.    Conducts daily inventory checks on all food and beverage supplies. 
13.    Conducts monthly inventory checks on all operating equipment.
14.    Maintains the kitchen and pantry organized and clean at all times.
15.    Ensures all food labels are correct and up to date to avoid hygiene audits.

16.    Coordinates all food and beverage orders are delivered timely to ensure stocks are complete for smooth flow of service.
17.    Have thorough knowledge of menu and presentation standards and sound knowledge of beverages preparation techniques
18.    Supports and embraces the spirit of “We work through Teams”. 
19.    Ensures that all guest details are entered correctly in accordance with the principles of clean data. 
20.    Ensures the Regency Club is kept clean and organized.
21.    Supports the implementation of Hyatt’s Purpose, Goal and our set of core Values, and embodies the same ensuring the team creates a great work environment. 
22.    Attends and contributes to all training sessions and meetings as required. 
23.    Exercises responsible behavior at all times and positively representing the hotel team and Hyatt International. 
24.    Maintains strong, professional relationship with the relevant representatives from competitor hotels, business partners and other organizations. 
25.    Ensures high standards of personal presentation and grooming. 
26.    Responds to changes in the Human Resources function as dictated by the industry, company and hotel. 
27.    Carries out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned. 

QUALIFICATIONS:

I.    Experience
1.    3-6 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
2.    Preferable prerequisite knowledge of the Travel/Hotel industry

II.    Education 
          College degree or equivalent professional training. 

III.    Skills / Competencies
1.    Fluent in both written and spoken English
2.    Focus on customer service and value to the guest

IV.    Other Attributes

1.    Ability to stand and/or walk for an extended period of time during the shift
2.    Ability to work on flexible shift including overnight, weekends and holiday on rotation basis
3.    Ability to work on overtime when needed
