The Associate Sourcing Recruiter, Interim Leadership will work proactively to grow our Interim Leadership service line by training with the Interim Leadership team involved with initiating contact with high-level clinical leaders and introducing them to a Interim Leadership career with Aya Healthcare. The Interim Leadership team will provide the best possible experience for clinical leaders through initiating contact, maintaining exceptional rapport and providing extraordinary customer service.

Responsibilities: 

• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Associations, Indeed and Internal Database to source for candidates and grow Interim Leadership candidate database
• Complete career discussions with prospective candidates to outline Aya Interim Program and identify ideal roles for candidates
• Responsible for candidate generation for hard-to-fill specialties
• Identify new avenues for candidate generation
• Maintain accurate candidate records 
• Support Recruiters' difficult searches
• Lead referral email campaigns

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required (any field of study considered)
• Strong drive and competitive mindset with a track record of personal or professional achievement
• Career-oriented with a demonstrated desire for growth and long-term advancement
• Motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Enthusiastic about working in a fast-paced, performance-driven recruiting organization
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Goal-oriented with the ability to thrive in a metrics-based environment
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and be coached

Compensation: Aya reasonably anticipates the pay scale for this position to be $24.04 hourly, which equates to $50,000 annually.   

The pay scale for this position may vary if applicant possesses experience outside of what Aya reasonably anticipates for this position. Bonuses are subject to the role and your manager’s discretion.
