About Pratt Miller, an Oshkosh company

Pratt Miller is a product development company in motorsports, defense, and mobility industries providing clients with product engineering and low-volume production solutions. Our range of research & development, engineering, prototype manufacturing, test & validation, and low-rate production capability help our customers bring their high-quality products to market faster.

The Associate Manager, Communications is responsible for developing and executing communications that inform, engage, and connect Pratt Miller employees while supporting the company’s brand, culture, strategic priorities, and business objectives. This role partners closely with marketing, executive leadership and cross-functional teams to translate business strategy and priorities into clear, compelling communications for internal and external audiences.

The successful candidate will be a strong writer and storyteller who can manage multiple priorities, build effective relationships across the organization, and move comfortably between strategic planning and hands-on execution.
