Reporting to the People & Culture Manager, the Assistant Manager supports all aspects of the People & Culture function including recruitment, employee relations, talent development, engagement, and HR operations.
This role plays a critical part in strengthening organizational effectiveness and enhancing the employee experience while supporting the culture and service standards of Four Seasons.

Develop recruitment channels and build strong relationships with potential candidates.人材育成プログラムの企画・推進
Design and facilitate learning and development programs.サクセッションプランニングの支援
Support succession planning initiatives across the hotel.将来のリーダー候補育成
Identify and develop future leaders within the organization.
Employee Relations / 従業員対応・労務
従業員相談対応
Provide support and guidance to employees on workplace-related matters.労務関連課題への対応
Assist in addressing employee relations and labor-related issues.問題解決および関係部門との調整

Qualifications / 応募資格
Required Qualifications / 必須条件
大学卒業または同等の資格
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.人事関連業務経験
Experience in a Human Resources-related role.日本語・英語による高いコミュニケーション能力
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Japanese and English.高い責任感と主体性
