Works closely with New Britain Palm Oil Limited (NBPOL) Management, NBPOL Site HR teams and Group HR Rewards to implement and administer rewards programmes that are competitive, sustainable and aligned with business needs . Key responsibilities in relation to guaranteed compensation (salary, fixed allowances), variable compensation (performance bonus), benefits and perquisites, recognition programs, long term incentive programme (if applicable) and International Mobility (expatriates / assignees) for NBPOL include:

• Conduct benchmarking studies, surveys and research to assess external competitiveness and market practices
• Coordinate and support the review, implementation and communication of rewards policies, programmes, guidelines and processes to ensure competitiveness, governance and compliance
• Coordinate and support annual remuneration exercises, including salary reviews, incentive payments, benefits reviews and other rewards programmes
• Develop analyses, recommendations and business cases to support rewards-related decisions and initiatives
• Partner with NBPOL Management, HR and Group HR Rewards to review, evaluate and implement rewards programmes and initiatives in line with business and people objectives
• Act as the primary point of contact for NBPOL on rewards-related matters and provide advice and guidance to employees, managers and HR stakeholders
• Support the administration of international assignments, expatriate arrangements and related compensation, benefits and mobility matters
• Monitor market developments, emerging trends and industry practices, and recommend improvements where appropriate
• Drive stakeholder engagement, communication and feedback activities to support effective implementation and continuous improvement of rewards programmes
• Identify operational, financial and compliance risks arising from rewards and mobility practices, and recommend appropriate mitigation measures
• Build and maintain effective relationships with external consultants, survey providers and industry peers to support market intelligence and best practice adoption
• Prepare reports, analyses and presentations to support management review and decision-making
• Undertake any other responsibilities/task as assigned by management from time to time
• Responsible for coaching / mentoring own & other HR team members, where required
