About the Team

국내 주요 기업을 대상으로 오피스 임차대행(Tenant Representation) 및 부동산 전략 자문 서비스를 제공하는 팀입니다.

기업의 오피스 이전, 확장, 축소, 재계약 등 다양한 의사결정을 지원하며 상업용 부동산 시장 분석, 물건 검토, 입지 비교 및 고객 제안 업무를 수행합니다.

About the role

• 국내 오피스 시장 및 상업용 부동산 시장 조사
• 임대 가능 물건 조사 및 비교 분석
• 고객 제안서(PPT) 작성 지원
• 시장 데이터 수집 및 분석
• 고객 미팅 및 현장 방문 지원
• AI Tool을 활용한 시장 조사 및 자료 작성
• 기타 임차대행(Tenant Representation) 관련 업무 지원

About you

Qualifications

• 4년제 대학 재학생 또는 졸업 예정자
• 상업용 부동산 및 오피스 시장에 대한 관심 보유
• MS PowerPoint 및 Excel 활용 가능자
• 영어 커뮤니케이션 가능자 (Reading/Writing 필수)

Preferred Qualifications

• 부동산학, 도시계획, 경영학, 경제학 등 관련 전공자
• 상업용 부동산 시장 또는 오피스 임대차에 대한 이해 보유자
• 부동산 관련 인턴 또는 프로젝트 경험 보유자
• AI Tool (ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude 등) 활용 능숙자
• 리서치, 데이터 분석 및 프레젠테이션 작성 역량 보유자

고용형태

인턴 6개월 후 정규직 전환 검토

성장 기회

• 국내 대기업 대상 부동산 자문 프로젝트 참여
• 상업용 부동산 시장 및 임차대행 업무 실무 경험
• 우수 인턴의 경우 정규직(DTR Junior) 채용 검토
