What you'll own

• Drive accurate and timely financial reporting by managing key accounting activities that support the integrity of financial records across multiple entities.

• Strengthen financial transparency and decision-making through detailed reconciliations, variance analysis and proactive resolution of discrepancies.

• Ensure month-end close activities are completed efficiently and accurately, helping the business meet reporting deadlines and maintain compliance standards.

• Partner with stakeholders across the organization to improve the quality of financial data, reduce reporting risks and support informed business decisions.

• Contribute to audit readiness and control effectiveness by maintaining accurate documentation and supporting a strong financial governance framework.

What you'll bring

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and a minimum of 4 years of experience in full-cycle accounting.

• Proven ability to prepare journal entries, perform balance sheet reconciliations and support month-end close activities with a high degree of accuracy.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify discrepancies, evaluate financial data and deliver timely resolutions.

• Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and build strong stakeholder relationships.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented and self-motivated, with the ability to manage competing priorities and consistently meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

It's a bonus if you have

• Experience working in multi-entity or group accounting environments.

• Knowledge of U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) controls and internal control frameworks.

• Experience using enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems such as Oracle or SAP Financials, along with advanced Microsoft Excel skills including PivotTables and VLOOKUP functions.
