L'usine Procter & Gamble de Blois située dans le Loir-et-Cher, est l'un des plus importants sites de production de shampooings du groupe. Chaque jour, nous produisons plus de 2 millions de bouteilles. Nos marques ? Head&Shoulders®, Pantene®, Herbal Essences®, Aussie® et Old Spice®.

Notre site est hautement automatisé avec un niveau de technologie de pointe dans l'industrie cosmétique. En tant qu’Ingénieur(e) HSE en alternance, vous intégrerez notre département Hygiène, Sécurité et Environnement, où vos missions seront guidées par trois priorités essentielles : la sécurité, la qualité et la pédagogie. Vous jouerez un rôle crucial dans l'amélioration continue de nos processus. Votre expertise sera déterminante pour assurer un environnement de travail sûr et performant.

Plusieurs missions vous attendent :

• Structuration et suivi de plan d'action usine rattaché à la sécurité des procédés
• Suivi des mises à jour des études périodiques de sécurité des procédés
• Animation de groupes de travail rassemblant les services opérationnels autour des inspections obligatoires liées à la sécurité des procédés
• Participation à des revues de projets pour accompagner les chefs de projets sur la partie HSE

As an HSE Apprentice Engineer, you will join our Health, Safety, and Environment department, where your missions will be guided by three essential priorities: safety, quality, and pedagogy. You will play a crucial role in the continuous improvement of our processes. Your expertise will be decisive in ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.

Several missions await you:

• Structuring and monitoring of the plant action plan related to process safety.
• Monitoring updates of periodic process safety studies.
• Facilitating working groups bringing together operational departments for mandatory process safety inspections.
• Participating in project reviews to support project managers on the HSE aspect.

Job Qualifications

🧩 VOUS ÊTES LE CANDIDAT IDÉAL SI :

• Vous préparez un niveau, Master ou Ecole d’ingénieur dans un des domaines suivants : procédés, génie industriel, gestion des risques, HSE 
• Vous avez une bonne maîtrise du français et des connaissances en anglais.
• Vous faites preuve d'esprit d'équipe et avez une appétence pour la collaboration.
• Vous avez des connaissances dans le domaine de la classification des risques chimiques
