Tech Lead – Full Stack Engineering

Job Summary

·       We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Tech Lead with 10+ years of experience in designing, developing, and leading the delivery of scalable, cloud-native applications. The ideal candidate will combine strong hands-on technical expertise with leadership capabilities, guiding engineering teams through architecture, design, development, and deployment of enterprise solutions.

·       This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and engineering teams, while providing technical leadership, mentoring engineers, driving engineering excellence, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership

·       Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.

·       Drive solution design, architecture reviews, and technical decision-making across multiple initiatives.

·       Establish and enforce engineering standards, coding practices, and development methodologies.

·       Provide technical guidance on complex design, scalability, performance, and security challenges.

·       Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to quality, security, and maintainability standards.

·       Collaborate with architects and senior stakeholders to define technology roadmaps and solution strategies.

·       Engineering & Delivery

·       Design, develop, test, and maintain full stack applications using modern technologies and frameworks.

·       Translate business requirements into scalable and sustainable technical solutions.

·       Develop responsive frontend applications and robust backend services.

·       Design and implement RESTful APIs, integrations, and event-driven solutions.

·       Design database schemas and drive performance optimization initiatives.

·       Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.

·       Drive CI/CD adoption and deployment automation practices.

·       Support production readiness, troubleshooting, incident resolution, and operational excellence.

·       Champion observability, monitoring, logging, and performance optimization initiatives.

·       Ensure adherence to enterprise security standards and secure software development practices.
