Job Summary
This position is responsible for the planning, development, analysis, and implementation of procedures and processes to ensure accurate claims and enrollment data are submitted to the government. This position is responsible for creating reports, insights and analytics in support of the division; creating specifications for reports and analysis based on business needs; possibly providing consultation to users and leading cross-functional teams to address the division’s issues; producing datasets and reports for analysis using system reporting tools.Required Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and 4 years’ experience in data analysis and information reporting data OR 6 years of experience in data analysis and information reporting data.
- Experience utilizing SQL, SAS, Teradata or other reporting tools / languages.
- Communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences both in written and verbal form.
- Lead projects and junior analysts.
- Initiative to solve complex problems; takes an “outside –in” perspective to identify innovative solutions.
- May lead functional teams or projects or decisions to support business needs for reporting and insights.
- Work with both internal and external data.
- Verify accuracy of reports and provide insights.
- Work independently, with guidance in only the most complex situations.
- Knowledge of project portfolio management and related reporting, and IT operational reporting.
- Exposure to managing teams operating under reporting as a service model.
- Accountability around decision support and analysis around program and project delivery.
Preferred Job Qualifications:
- Advanced SQL programming skills.
- Advanced experience with Teradata or other database systems
- Experience in database design/development, database administration, and business intelligence
- Experience in data analysis and analytical reporting
- Proficiency with advanced Excel features and techniques; VBA skills desired
- Familiarity with agile/scrum or other project methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills
- Ability to communicate ideas and results effectively
- Ability to manage conflicting priorities and multiple projects concurrently
- ACA claims/membership experience

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.
This position may be performed remotely from anywhere within the continental United States, excluding California, New York, Alaska, and Hawaii.

Base Pay Range
$84,400.00 - $152,300.00Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
