The Regulatory Change Management (RCM) Enterprise Governance, Oversight & Reporting team serves as the central governance and coordination function for Regulatory Change Management across Northern Trust. Acting as an enterprise hub, the team establishes and maintains the frameworks, governance processes, oversight mechanisms, management information, and reporting capabilities that enable the firm to identify, assess, govern, monitor, and evidence compliance with regulatory change obligations globally.

The team provides leadership across the Lines of Defense to promote consistent adoption of the Regulatory Change Management Standard, strengthen regulatory risk management practices, improve transparency of regulatory implementation activities, and support the firm's ability to demonstrate compliance with evolving regulatory requirements.
