About the team and position
Carvana’s Litigation Team is a high-performing group of attorneys, analysts, and e-discovery professionals who partner with every corner of the business. We handle a portfolio of nationwide regulatory, litigation, and arbitration matters spanning single-plaintiff lawsuits, class actions, regulatory investigations, and securities claims.
As a Legal Analyst on our Regulatory Response team, you’ll own the complaints consumers filed against Carvana with state attorneys general, regulatory agencies, and other consumer protection bodies. You’ll investigate what actually happened, work across the business to get answers, and write the response that goes to the agency. You'll also turn what you learn into insight the business can use—surfacing the root causes and process breakdowns behind the complaints so our attorneys and business partners can fix them. The best outcome of this job isn't a well-written response. It's a complaint that never gets filed.
Our practice is deeply integrated with technology, automation, and AI. If you’re a self-starter who moves fast and is curious, adaptable, and energized by solving novel problems, you’ll thrive here and help us continue redefining how in-house legal work gets done.
