Team
CI Capital is a family investment office of the five Senior/Equity Partners of Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners which is co-located and works closely with the fund manager Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners.
The CI Capital team’s key responsibility is coordinating CIP’s five Senior/Equity Partners’ ownership of CIP. Further, CI Capital is consolidating the increasing investments by the Senior Partners in funds managed by CIP and other investments as well as driving continuous professionalization of other family office activities.
The team currently consists of 12 highly experienced and motivated people, including a legal team of three (two Senior Attorneys and one Analyst).

The legal team plays a vital role in terms of coordinating new investments, structuring thereof, continuous ad-hoc support, and administration of the Senior/Equity Partners’ entities.
Role
As a Legal Student (titled Analyst) in CI Capital, you will contribute to providing advice and assistance relating to legal structuring and assisting the two legal counsels in CI Capital with various kinds of ad hoc legal queries and administrative tasks.
The role is a part-time position with 15-20 working hours a week.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Assisting the legal team in CI Capital with various ad hoc legal matters
Assisting with maintaining updated corporate documentation and structure charts
Assisting with corporate housekeeping such as annual general meetings etc.
Managing corporate compliance processes under supervision from the team
Assisting with KYC material, signature requirements etc.
Assisting with preparation and execution of investment subscriptions and related transaction documentation
Conducting legal research and assisting with legal analyses and preparing background materials for the legal team
Assisting with various legal, corporate, practical and administrative tasks as required
You
You are in the third year of your bachelor’s degree or have started on your master’s degree in law (bac.jur./cand.jur.) or in Business Administration and Commercial Law (HA(jur.)/cand.merc.jur).
