Team
The Gurugram office of CIP Fund Solutions supports fund management, investment activities and integrated business services across the CIP platform. This office combines local presence with close integration across a global organization. It supports specialist delivery across functions and contributes to scalable, high-quality execution.
As part of our Global People team, you will work closely with HR, and business stakeholders to maximise the value of our Workday platform and report directly to Senior Manager, People Technology and Operations. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of HR system, driving continuous improvements, and supporting the delivery of scalable HR solutions that meet the needs of a dynamic and growing business.
Role
You will help optimize our Workday platform and contribute to the development of our HR Operating Model. This includes system configuration, user support, reporting, data management, process improvements, system enhancements, releases, and the implementation of new modules and integrations as required.
You will work in a work-from-office environment, collaborating closely with colleagues and working daily with the Workday HRIS.
Responsibilities will consist of but are not limited to:
Workday Administration & Support
- Configure and maintain Workday Core HCM functionality.
- Manage and resolve support tickets related to Workday modules (Core HCM, Compensation, Recruitment, Reporting, etc).
- Troubleshoot system issues and work closely with internal teams and external partners to drive timely resolution.
- Assist with system configuration updates, data uploads, and testing for ongoing enhancements (WD releases).
Reporting & Analytics
- Act as focal point for Reporting needs and development.
- Design and maintain custom reports and dashboards.
- Develop calculated fields and Report-as-a-Service (RaaS) solutions.
- Provide workforce metrics, headcount reports, attrition analysis, and compliance reporting.
Data Integrity, Documentation & Training
- Ensure data integrity by performing audits and routine system checks.
- Document processes, maintain user guides, and support training efforts for end users.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and other stakeholders to ensure the system supports business needs.
- Act as a trusted advisor on Workday-related processes and capabilities.
You
We are looking for a motivated individual holding a relevant degree in Information Technology, Digital Management, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with 5+ years of experience in Workday HRIS administration, implementation, or application management roles. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, is required.
You have hands-on experience working with Workday HCM, including configuration, business process design, reporting, security administration, EIBs, and data management. You have a strong track record of optimising and enhancing HR systems within international organisations and driving process improvements and automation across multiple Workday modules, supported by a solid understanding of HR processes and workflows.
Integration experience within the Workday ecosystem is considered a nice-to-have.

- Strong cross-cultural awareness and a service-oriented mindset, with experience supporting stakeholders across different countries, time zones, and working cultures.
