Our client, is a Dubai-based performance advertising agency managing nine figures in annual Google Ads spend across 180+ DTC and eCommerce brands.

This is not a general video editing role. We’re specifically looking for someone who has spent years creating AI-powered product ads, UGC ads, and direct-response creatives for DTC brands.

If your background is primarily in YouTube, podcasts, documentaries, weddings, corporate videos, music videos, or cinematic editing, this role is unlikely to be a good fit.

Responsibilities

• Own the entire AI creative workflow from research and concept development to final delivery.
• Produce high-converting AI-powered paid ads for DTC and eCommerce brands.
• Research competitors, customer avatars, and winning advertising angles before creating new concepts.
• Develop direct-response concepts, scripts, and creative briefs designed to drive customer acquisition.
• Generate realistic AI UGC ads, AI spokesperson videos, and product-focused creatives using modern AI tools.
• Refine AI-generated outputs by improving character consistency, product accuracy, environments, camera movement, and overall realism.
• Edit high-performing Meta and TikTok advertisements using strong hooks, compelling product storytelling, captions, pacing, and clear calls-to-action.
• Produce multiple creative variations to support rapid creative testing.
• Analyze creative performance and continuously iterate based on winning patterns.
• Stay current with emerging AI creative tools, advertising trends, and winning DTC creatives.

Requirements

We’re looking for specialists—not general video editors.

You should already be doing this professionally.

• Strong English communication skill is mandatory.
• At least 3 years of experience creating paid advertising creatives for DTC or eCommerce brands.
• A career primarily focused on Meta ads, TikTok ads, AI UGC ads, product ads, and direct-response advertising.
• Experience producing hundreds—ideally thousands—of paid advertising creatives throughout your career.
• Strong understanding of what makes a paid ad convert, including hooks, pacing, messaging, product demonstrations, and creative testing.
• Experience working in fast-paced creative environments where new concepts and iterations are produced daily.
• Experience in Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent editing software.
• Exprience in AI creative tools such as Higgsfield, Runway, Veo, Kling, Pika, HeyGen, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms. AI should already be part of your daily production workflow—not something you’re currently learning.
