Agile Delivery Leads are Scrum Masters and Coaches who play a critical role in leading a product team to optimize and deliver. Collaborating with fellow Agile Delivery Leads and cross-functional team leaders, you will drive agile transformation and deliver value in partnership with Digital GBU product teams.

📌 Note: This role is known internally as Agile Delivery Lead and externally/industry-standard as Scrum Master.

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead your Scrum team with a servant leadership approach, empowering members to self-organize and take ownership
• Support the Product Owner in managing the backlog
• Run all Scrum team ceremonies throughout each sprint (daily standup, sprint planning, sprint demos, retrospectives, and backlog refinements)
• Coach the Scrum team in Scrum and, where relevant, Agile at scale practices
• Remove impediments and foster an environment for high-performing team dynamics, continuous flow, and relentless improvement
• Champion consistent and effective Scrum principles and practices across all teams working on complex commercial data products
• Bridge communication and collaboration across Scrum teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders
• Develop and deliver training sessions and workshops on Agile practices tailored to the Digital GBU products context
• Establish and evolve visual management systems (Kanban boards, burndown charts), leveraging data analytics to track performance and surface improvements
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration on data products, adapting agile practices for exploratory work and data quality iterations
• Build team environments where members feel comfortable raising impediments, sharing failures as learning opportunities, and challenging assumptions constructively
• Take ownership of agile transformation efforts, collaborating across teams and driving initiatives with minimal oversight
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying and eliminating waste in product development, coaching teams on lean principles, and aligning improvements with organizational goals

About You

Experience & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree; Preferably in Life Sciences, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
• Certification as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach-preferably from “Scrum.org” or another industry recognizable accreditation
• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Scrum Master
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.)
• Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
• Experience with AI tools used in the execution of Scrum (e.g., Rovo, Claude, Cursor)
• Proven success working with Product Owners and development teams to scale products across multiple countries and stakeholders
• Track record of success as a Scrum Master in complex environments
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
• Demonstrated lean mindset with practical experience applying lean principles to agile implementation, focusing on waste elimination and continuous flow
• A commitment to staying current with industry trends and best practices in Agile, Scrum, and Lean, particularly as they apply to commercial and analytics products

Qualifications That Are a Plus:

• Knowledge of Pharma Commercial Data domains (sales data, market access, patient analytics, HCP engagement data) and associated regulatory and privacy considerations---looks like you did have a sentence that speaks to pharma commercial data
• Experience working in a Data Mesh paradigm, understanding domain-oriented data ownership and federated governance principles
• Experience applying Agile methodologies to data analytics, data science, or business intelligence projects
• Familiarity with lean tools and techniques such as 5S, Kaizen events, A3 problem solving, or similar continuous improvement methodologies
