As an AES OracleTech - OIC, BIP - Senior Associate, you will engage with clients directly, leveraging your skills in Oracle Technology to deliver impactful solutions within our Technology Consulting practice. You will be at the forefront of client interactions, using your knowledge to address complex business application needs and drive successful outcomes.

As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and developing a deeper understanding of the business context. You will navigate complex situations, mentor junior team members, and uphold professional standards. Your role will involve anticipating client needs and delivering quality solutions, embracing ambiguity as an opportunity for growth.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will collaborate with a dynamic team to enhance Oracle Technology solutions, contributing to the evolution of business applications. Your ability to analyze complex concepts and interpret feedback will be crucial in guiding and mentoring others, while maintaining technical standards and fostering personal growth.

Responsibilities

- Developing and implementing Oracle technology solutions to support client business needs
- Collaborating with clients to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Utilizing Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF) and Oracle Business Intelligence Publisher to create and optimize applications
- Managing Oracle Cloud Infrastructure to enhance system performance and reliability
- Conducting process improvement and optimization initiatives to streamline operations
- Engaging in strategic technology planning to align solutions with business objectives
- Facilitating Oracle data integration to validate seamless data flow across systems
- Providing client support and guidance on Oracle technology implementations
- Leveraging analytical thinking to solve complex problems and drive business transformation
- Embracing change and fostering a culture of innovation within project teams

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer Science, Computer and Information Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science
- At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in technical, integration, database, or related Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) domains
- Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF)
- Utilizing Oracle Business Intelligence (BI) Publisher for data-driven insights
- Engaging in Oracle Data Integration for seamless data management
- Embracing AI-Human Collaboration to enhance business processes
